Run down veld, accross river past chilli lane, up van der bijl and then to witkoppen and back, felt pretty good on the hills

20 minutes in front of the tv is a lot longer than 20 minutes on the road, and sweating like a beast afterwards, too hot bro. joburg needs to chill

Woke up early, so went for a chilled ride, nice to see lots of runners at this time
