MTB Orienteering race 2:00:56 [5] 23.0 km (11.4 kph) +300m

MTB O at Protea Ridge, epic course, had to push my bike up some of the tracks,

Beat Tim, yes please.

My orienteering was fine, didn't have a map board so had to stop a lot to read my plan and plan routes. Took some bad routes though, always took the shortest one but that wasn't always the best option cos of the quality of tracks.

Tough but fun.

Played some touch rugby today, pretty lekker, reckon its good for acceleration hey and stepping trees and shit
