Hedianga.

Pretty technical area and slow running because of rocks everywhere. Wasnt focussed and didnt have a compass, started off pretty decently up until number 5 where I really stuffed up. Went left around the hill and forgot to go right, didnt see the path that I was meant to hit and run right to the control on, the rest of the course was really bad also, cant get into a good flow on these types of terrains, really looking forward to the next two weeks of orienteering! gonna be legit.

Did 1km then 2 min rest, then did 600m then 4 minute rest then try and repeat.

Started off going up one side road with a bit of a hill but decided it wasnt steep enough
