Did the womens course afterwards. Just chilled.

The actual dist was 3.96, so my running speed was 4:16 per km which is pretty decent

Pretoria show grounds event,

Had a clean run, just some route choice mistakes i think and not focussing on running harder and pushing it where i could. Should have run harder, only 25 seconds behind mike, lost 12 of those seconds on the first control and the finish only.
