Saint Johns Sprint event

Planned on running really hard and was going for the win. lots of hesitations in the building areas. Couldnt keep the pace all the way. Was beating mike up to 18 but i think he made a mistake early on. Pretty happy with it though, just need to get fitter now. Definitely lost more time on running than on mistakes.
