Felt the worst I have felt after a training session. Its getting way too hot. We did pyramid style training with 1000 then 600, 400 and 2 x 200. My times were okay but went too slow in the 1000.

The 800 was pretty fast so couldnt stay in the front and dropped off, so took it pretty easy. 800 time: 2:30
1500 was better, there was a one man break which I didnt go with which was kind of stupid. At the end I tried to catch him but ended up a second back. I have improved my 15 time every week.
