First interval session in aggeesss did it on a 1km patch of road, one slightly down, one slightly up.

Have done this session before ages ago so will have a look and compare. Also going to do a 3km TT again some time this week, so hopefully this will give the legs some speed.

Really nice area in the beginning which was loads of fun. Pretty clean all the way round. A couple of wavy lines.
Didn't warm up properly which is always silly, need to get better at this.

Really fun stuff.

spotted the inside corner of fence on the description before I started so knew it would probably be a trappy one.
Went wrong side to 7 I think and hesitated a bit almost going for the uncrossable wall.
Not the best line to 8.
wrong side of fence at 10.
a bit of a wavy line to 11 on the road.
Terrible to 22, didn't know which way to exit so just went up, wrong route and then stuffed up the control, went too far south, church festivities were going on right by the control which might have put me off a bit. lost like 15 seconds on that one.

Otherwise very good, and so much fun, love this stuff.
