Star relay out at emmarentia,

really fun organised by jess the map is quite old and lacks some detail,
we then tried an interval type thing but didnt work (for some) cos of the marsh being a bietjie different. me and tim raced around three controls and i DestroyeD him!!!!

then we ran back to the car park at a lekker pace:)

Wasnt up for a longer run so just did like a 2km downhill fAst, glad i got under 4 min/k but still a long way to go to get superFAST

Was a bit confusing in some of the areas in delta, mainly because of the map

Was very interesting, often didnt go far enough but sometimes went too far :P

it was good running hard again.

cool training with sarah, mike steph tim jess and rich.

Warm up, a bit of orienteering on a map that really needs to be updated and the run from the finish of one exercise to the start of the next.

Orienteering (Stirrup Glen Quarry) 45:00 [3]
In the quarry with Zig, Christie, Brad, Jess and Tim for training :) There were 14 controls and we did it in intervals of 5 controls, with diff ppl setting out the controls for each section. Really fun:)

Legit run in the saddle creek area.

I rate it was the funnest part of the training day, tried to run fast, it was pretty good and the navigation was also decent.

Training at the Wits track with Jess, Brad and Sarah.
We did 3 x 900m (150m hard, 100m easy, ... )
I felt good on the first one, but suffered on the last. I need to get my fitness back up there.
