Orienteering 50:16 [2] **** 3.9 km (12:53 / km)

A pretty cool training map where we had to use our compasses and some pacing to get to the control area once we got there we would orienteer in detail to find the control. The map was blan, only the control area were shown. :)

Cycling 14:32 [3] 4.0 km (16.5 kph)

Just a nice and easy ride with Jess to the shops and back.

A tough uphill to the shops and then a nice downhil run home.

Jess and I tried to keep our speed at five min/km. We did pretty well to get a new PB for jess. We kept each other at speed.

Orienteering race 50:16 [5] **** 3.4 km (14:47 / km) +190m 11:33 / km

Gauteng champs (not so) long. Thought that my course was a bit short. Was very slow but still won the course.

Orienteering race 34:13 [5] *** 2.8 km (12:13 / km) +140m 9:47 / km

SA champs Short distance, spiked most of the controls but made minute mistake and then was slow from there on. Won my course!
