shoes: Inov8 X-Talons 220

Very muddy and pushed hard at the start so I wasn't caught in a crowd.
Tried tokee my speed up but got passed by several people in the last km.
Bruce Fordyce's 250 run .

Ran with Heidi's VeryFit. Measured 7,000 steps over 6.5 k But distance shown was only 4.7k. No stopwatch figure so had to guess how long I took. Subtracted 1 minute from last week's run. Also felt much stronger.
