Orienteering 1:55:03 [4] ***** 8.4 km (13:42 / km) +300m 11:37 / km
shoes: Adidas Kanadia

Mountain Marathon. 8.4 km 300m in very hot conditions.Almost caught Roffe and seemed to be 100 m behind her all the time. Then we collected David and Glen and Monique. Really struggled up the hill to 9 after miss-punching 8. Just very slow after that, even the downhills. Finished ok but then was dizzy and did not recover feeling nauseous. Finally got rid of the fluid with a small bit of last nights's food and felt better. Still very timed and blood pressure 106/66.

Am moving to a full on LCHF diet, so body still adjusting.

Orienteering race 38:00 [4] *** 2.85 km (13:20 / km) +84m 11:37 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talons 220

Went off last for Tuks-O on the Medium. Brad had put us ahead of Witsoc by a minute or two. Dylan was on the long leg so I had a chance if I had a perfect run. I made all my mistakes on one control so although the other controls were fine, we came in 5th and behind Witsoc.
