Orienteering race 2:08:53 [5] **** 8.0 km (16:07 / km) +260m 13:52 / km
shoes: New Balance All Terrain

Quite tough especially when caught in brambles, but otherwise a good workout. One major route choice mistake from 2 to 3 and some small mistakes. Generally happy with my orienteering but not my fitness!

4k river route. Starting to feel the benefits of the training. Now must just keep it up!
