Had quite a nice run with only a few walks which I used to read the map. Some of the routes were tricky trying to keep off the flowerbeds where the map detail was quite small. Happy to be within 10% minutes of Ian.

1 km check. kept to 5min per k pace all way round. Felt fine and will ramp up by 5-10 s per week. Goal is 4min.
