Note

Getting pretty frustrated with this sprain.
The last three runs, though they felt about the same as all the previous runs, have caused about 2-3 days of soreness and discomfort in my knees and quads. Upped the distance too quickly? No clue, but it's forcing me to turn to swimming more to keep this weight gain off. Up 2-3kg since the July...

Broke down and wore shoes again. The last couple of times barefoot, my legs were sore for a couple of days after. Wearing shoes felt weird, but tolerable.
My HR is still a about 10 beats higher than before my sprain at a slower pace. This should qualify as a tempo run, but not sure I felt like I was working that hard...just weird.
