Right calf/achilles is tight again. Seems to be caused by running with the Huaraches!? Last time I had to take a week off from running to get it to go away. So today another session on the indoor bike. Went well, and for a change felt hard. 8x3'25"@8 (80rpm)+3'25"i

Nice run. Felt comfortable and pretty smooth. My form might be adapting to barefoot . Mixed feelings with the Huaraches. On the one hand, the bottoms of my feet thanked me, but they are noisier than barefoot, flapping noise as the loose part hit the ground. On top of that my right Achilles tendon seems a little tighter. Have to keep an eye on that.

Long boring ride, made more interesting by watching Icarus on Netflix. Good documentary about doping with an interesting twist half way in.

My goal for today was a long slow effort to build up a good sweat and hopefully stay in the fat-burning zone. Increased intensity a few times to raise my HR to over 100bpm for around 30-40 minutes of the total.
