6:00 PM. Kiné.

First session of Kiné. Just a little stretching and electro-stimulation.
Felt it a little bit at first, but not much afterwards.

F-ing frustrating. Just when my Achilles tendon seemed to be on the mend, and I was ready to get back to consistent running-Sprained my left ankle. It's really swollen and sore. Limped 1km home. Iced it and wrapped it and took some codeine Tylenol. Pain is now tolerable, but the swelling is nasty looking. At least I haven't seen any bruising yet...this sucks.

Wasn't sure how this was going to go. Achilles was sore to start. Loosened up after a couple of kilometres. Then a couple of periods of tightness lasting a few minutes each. Odd. Still felt good to do a GOTARR.
