Easy run with 4 strides to break it up. L. Calf is still tight, and now my R achilles is a bit tight too. L. Calf started tightnening up about 15 minutes into the run. Felt better during the strides. R.Achilles was tight to begin, but loosened up. Also felt better during the strides. It doesn't look like I'll be pushing the pace much in tomorrow's races.

The good thing about missing the race yesterday is at least my calf will get more time to recuperate.

Thought I'd be getting home about now from a great day running through the forests in Guerleldan...but instead I'm just now getting out of bed. Woke up at 4am with stomache going in every which direction and finally spewing forth it's contents. Two of the kids had "gastro" Thursday and Friday, so I was hoping to escape, but didn't.
