Easy run with 4 strides to break it up. L. Calf is still tight, and now my R achilles is a bit tight too. L. Calf started tightnening up about 15 minutes into the run. Felt better during the strides. R.Achilles was tight to begin, but loosened up. Also felt better during the strides. It doesn't look like I'll be pushing the pace much in tomorrow's races.
