Easy ride to work out the kinks from yesterday's long run. Some hard stuff on the S.T. and a couple of hard climbs. Still rusty on my technique...{:-(

Bit harder than I anticipated probably due to the temps, which I'm not acclimated to yet. This time I used my HR range to limit my effort, so HR had to stay below 171bpm Really slow jog home afterwards.

Progressive run mostly on the trails. last year's hawk has set up house again, but this time about 300m closer to town than last year. She kept dive bombing me until I came across some hapless runners and a biker heading in the opposite direction...she chose them instead.
First 3rd was really slow middle 3rd comfortable and last 3rd comfortably hard.
