Good run- first one I had trouble dialing in my pace. I'd get in the zone, then speed up, slowed down- speed up again. false stops. After that kept it pretty consistent where it felt right for the grade.
Splits were 1'12", 1'08", 1'09", 1'02", 1'06",1'08", 1'08" Rest intervals were ~ 1'50"
Fun run felt lighter on my feet than normal.
