Running - Off road long 1:35:00 [3]

Feeling fresh and motivated despite yesterdays effort so did the same loop as last week so i could feel better and get a mental reward. Unfortunately though i started better than last eeek the pain in right knee and thigh continued all run and i did start limping gimpily. Felt faster but wasnt. Was enjoying the pain of it all which is a good sign.

Orienteering 26:00 [4]

Cruised around the longest course feeling good. Easy fast atea but had some horrible wobbles along the way without anything major.

Orienteering 45:00 [5]

Awesome training after organised by ruth. Mychett. Mass starts with gafflings. 8 of us. Good fun but im still sloppy with rrading the map on the run meaning poor planning and lack of detail in the circle and time loss.

Gym class abbs. I get embarrassing about halfway.through the class. Im so week i lose all control and look like im having an epileleptic fit.
