Perfect weather. 70f, sunny, breeze.

1.8 miles. Achy for the last half but not as bad as previous run. Achilles bursa is iffy. Fired up on last run. Topical and lots of calf stretches.

Love the weather. Legs were tired again this evening.

So, Garmin 310xt. If you start the timer before satellite lock is obtained, the workout is likely to be saved on the default date for the device. On mine, the default date is...... Mar 31, 2007.

According to the forums, not keeping time when turned off is a h/w fault. Will see what Garmin has to say about that tomorrow.

Al Foster up to 2nd Bridge. Watched a pair of Eagles for a while on the way back.

Sprinkles and heavy mist at the start. Sun came out and it got hot. Then clouds and a breeze made it very nice.

Planneed to hike afterwards but trails were muddy and slick.
