W/pull ups, air squats and stretches thrown in. Fast run...~7min pace. Feeling rested.

Found a pro bmx course near the track @ Le Bout du Monde, going to assault it this afternoon with the flux. Also found fun short trails with dirt Jumps at the Commune de Veyrier, less ambitious about the big air to be had here.

Around town, BMX track, Le Saleve, back into Geneve to make a loop. Found more new single track and some downhill trails that were too much for me.

Saleve` ... biked from the flat up to the top of a tram building, found some kick ass trail not too far from my place. Great ride!

Geneva tour...walked a bit to nab and got some extensive map reading.

Slept 11 un-interupted hours last night. It was totally F'ing amazing.
