run from work to car at larkspur ferry. Standard bike route, saw Andrew at Ft. Mason otherwise pretty straight forward road with moments of trail run. exactly 30km. Ran with etrex30 instead 310xt and cant figure out how to get the track over wirelessly.?

Ride China camp, lucas valley to 680 and up Loma Alta on way to the diaper ride.

Mt Biking 1:30:00 [3] 11.3 mi (7:58 / mi) +2000ft 6:49 / mi

Diaper ride with B Schmitz and crew...fun times. Bike carry straight up whites with BS was very memorable.

30-20-10 Burpees, Air Squat, Push ups run 1 mile

Paddle beyond the china camp with Bean...good times. Got to surf some small waves back into my bay.
