Guessing on climb. Ran the second half of the SF marathon with work colleagues. First time participating in an organized road run over 5k. I can see why people like marathons...running in the middle of the road, great people watching, music, support, etc. Great times

Paddling to and from crossfit with JVG. Curcumnavigated Marin Island on our way back. We've been talking about this for a while, had babysitting so we made it happen!

WOD: 7 rounds; 7 Squat w/push press (forgot what they're called) #85, 7 CTB Pull Ups (Had to switch to regular PU's), 14 KB HSDL 53#, 200m run. JVG tried to catch me from behind on the last run...
