Work to Headlans and fun ride with Kohn & Julienne. Poachy ...rodeo, coastal, wolf something, tenessee, up alta and out the rainbows ass. Great ride and the weather was perfect.

commute to ferry. 5 min, much needed bathroom break @ the crossfit gym.

Standard warm up, lots of stretching

WOD: 2 rep max every min on the min
-Power Clean & Push Jerk (100lbs) not my max but was tired and timid putting weight overhead
-Row 1600m: 5:30

run home from crossfit...legs were exhausted and tried to keep a good clip. Hill climb to end it.

using Juliennes quoted distance and climb. Killer Mt Diablo training w/Bay Area adventure racers. 20 peeps showed and it was a great day.

killer loop. Bush was rugged. lost my Rudy Zyons on the bushwhack from 4 to 5. Poison Oak everywhere.
