Weight Training 1:15:00 [4]

Core, Aerobic and intensity work out. Kicked my a$$. Followed up with 10 minutes of stretching and foam pad work on teh IT, hamstrings and Gluts

Rattlesnake ridge from 11pm to 1:30am, tried to catch Robin and crew as they started before us and just missed them at the powerlines as they turned off to head to Tiger.

Hot Yoga, not to be confused with Bikram but very similar. 6am with JPC at urban yoga in Seattle. Good way to start the day.

Basketball 1:10:00 [4]

3 full court games, winded at the end,. Not playing for a year will affect the dribbling and shot skills.

ToP, hot lap early to warm up with Colin and Clint and then a good social ride with a nice sized group.
