2 sets of each:
-Scorpions (big ball) 15x each side & Woodchop high to low 10x each side 40Lbs
-back extensions 20x & V-sit crunch kicks 25x
-Side crunch on bosu 25x each side & 1 min 1 arm planks on bosu
-Bird dogs 25x and reverse lunge w/side twist 10lb ball 15x each side
-15 push ups on ball with catepillar
-one legged squats on bosu with a cross reach to toes 15x each side
mas pero no recuerdo
