Weight Training 55:00 [4]

Aerobic mostly:
-Stair sprint 21 floors 1:50 ... tunnel vision
-Long jump x10
-PLank (1 min) and 10 push ups x4 in a row
-Decline full sits 10 x 4
-Side to side on step with 8lb dumbells 20 x 4
-Reverse crunch w/twist
-Incline leg lifts w/reverse crunch on top
-crawl with 25 lb weights and push up after 2 arm movements
-15 one armed rows when done with crawl.
-Reverse crawl with 25 lb weights....too much weight for shoulders.
-whimper all the way to lunch x 10

Woodchops High to low.
Roman Chair leg extensions
Twisting full sits with 20lb ball
Reverse crunch with twist...destroyed
Woodchops low to high
Crunches
Push ups on 10lb dumbells with upward off hand twist inbetween each push up. (Muy dificil)
PLank with toes on ball.
Plank with toes on ball with a lateral leg movement
Plank taps to bosu
Plank taps to bosu with off leg raise added...destructo
