Lake samamish to marymoore, to bothel via the BG, then hooked up with my aunt and uncle who are in town visiting. Then rode to UW and through the arboreteum. I took Madison west to downtown and into work. Good ride, probably a 3 intensity until I hooked up with Uncle B then dropped to 2 and a more social pace with family.

Ran with Steve and Glenn...took time and altitude off my watch. Guessed on distance. Shangri-la,Anti-Aircraft ridge, Marsh trail, Quarry, something else, cave hole, coyote, lost beagle...good times.
More fitness testing at max intensity. Ran up 23 flights of stairs in 1:50....definitely max heart rate. Planked for 4:24 until arms wabbled and back was giving out. Throw in mad Bosu and Full ball core excercises. COOKED.

Running at lunch. Inserted some sprints, 100 push up (10 push ups every 30 seconds), overhand pull ups and sit ups. Beautiful day on the sound, lots of people out for the lunch time run.
