Weight Training 1:15:00 [4]

Fitness testing, high intensity. Didn't help that I felt like a mac truck ran me over yesterday from the soccer game. Very tight in the groin, hamstring, quad arena.

AbLab with Mac and Shane. Stations in the pain room, good workout lots of oblique and transverse abdominus work.

Very winded, been a while since I sprinted like that. Fun game, had some shots on goal that did not go where I wanted them.

Monday's weights, feeling more normal now in the weight room and in general I guess. Perhaps my rest has caught me up to normal time now (Post PQ)

Hammered the arms, shoulders, legs. Also stretched for 15 minutes afterwards.

Sweet ST...the trails were sticky icky and it was pumptrack central.
