Trail Running 3:30:00 [2]

Trekking for CP16 and 2 orienteering checkpoints. CP 16 was a challenging in the dark but we nailed it.

Mt Biking 1:30:00 [2] 10.0 mi (9:00 / mi) +800ft 8:22 / mi

From the TA to Spooner, from Spooner to CP16 trek and back up the hill to Spooner.

Kayaking 3:00:00 [3] 12.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

First 12 miles (estimated of the paddle), tried to keep at a manageable pace and not push too hard. Paddled with JPC.

Kayaking 45:00 [4] 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Last 4-5 miles of the paddle, I kicked it up a notch. Had Sand Harbor in our sights and I wanted to get the paddle over with. JPC picked it up and we were able to keep up with Mac and JVG.

Mt Biking 6:00:00 [3] 35.0 mi (10:17 / mi) +6000ft 8:51 / mi

Biking section of Big BLue...all biking CP's except 2 required dropping bikes, changing shoes and lengthy treks/bushwhacks.

Trail Running 6:00:00 [2] 10.0 mi (36:00 / mi)

This should be noted as Treking but I dont have that activity. Lots of off trail hiking/bushwhacking. Mostly represents the trekking after we would drop our bikes to attain CP's. Good times, got caught in a midnight lightning storm at CP 11. we hid under a rock and watched it unfold.
