Weight Training 1:15:00 [3]

Competitive outdoor workout w/ Roy, Eric and Blake. Lots of core and cardio. Up and down stairs every way imagineable.

Ran Myrtle Edwards to the Happy Hooker and back with 10 straight legged pull ups thrown in at the chin up bar. Stomach muscles are torn up from yesterday.

First time in the weight room since the trip...paying for it today as I write this. Nice and sore.

Wood Chop accross the middle to waist movement
Straight legged pull ups.
Hanging windmills
Hanging leg raises
Reverse crunch
Plank 30 seconds on then 10 push ups, 4 times back to back no rest x4(sets)
