Weight Training 1:00:00 [3]

Good workout with lots of lower abdominal and hip flexor work.

Wood chops high to low x2
V sit crunch on bosu 30 x2
15 clap push ups with toes on the bosu x2

Hamstring curls on the big ball 15 x2
Step ups on teh bosu with a weighted ball and a twist 15 x2
Scissor side crunch
Squigees? Plank position with toes on the big ball. Twisting from toes to side foot position on each side 10 each side x2

Roman chair hammer fest w/styrofoam pilars. too many to get down

Mt Biking 1:45:00 [3] 10.0 mi (10:30 / mi) +820ft 9:45 / mi

Estimated time and climb. Great possee riding at Tolt McDonald...JVG, Mac, Vanderwaal and Glenn Joiner. Good pace, great flow and nice to be on some new night time terrain. They locked the gate in the park and we had to find someone to let us out, note to self park outside the gate next time.

Followed up workout with a beer and some fish tacos at the Issaquah Brewery...mmm a bit better than the whistlestop.

ab lab with JVG and Mac

Running 1:00:00 [3] 6.0 mi (10:00 / mi) +164ft 9:45 / mi

Run was more like 50minutes and 10-12 minutes of stretching. Beautiful day, ran on teh waterfront and through Myrtle Edwards park on the trail and rocks by the water.

Strength day, not tearing too much and keeping weights a bit lighter as I am in taper mode for Desert winds (C race for me)

Mt Biking 4:00:00 [3] 40.0 mi (6:00 / mi) +4921ft 5:22 / mi

Tiger: Iverson, preston climb, then right out of preston and back up to the radio towers where we encountered snow and hike a biked in shin deep snow for 25 minutes up and over the saddle. Back down to the cars then to PooPoo and down tiger mountain road to Issaquah Hobart and back to Lake Samamish...sweet ride.

Estimated time and climb and I did not have a watch. JVG did the first 2/3 with me and then drove home from Tiger and let me do poo poo and ride home.
