Squigees? Plank position with toes on the big ball. Twisting from toes to side foot position on each side 10 each side x2
Roman chair hammer fest w/styrofoam pilars. too many to get down

Estimated time and climb. Great possee riding at Tolt McDonald...JVG, Mac, Vanderwaal and Glenn Joiner. Good pace, great flow and nice to be on some new night time terrain. They locked the gate in the park and we had to find someone to let us out, note to self park outside the gate next time.
Followed up workout with a beer and some fish tacos at the Issaquah Brewery...mmm a bit better than the whistlestop.
