commute to and from work. Added miles on the way home to enjoy thge great weather.

Ab Lab with Mac and JPC...good stuff, I'm definitely sore from this. Then a small workout with squats (low weight) lunges, back, chest and lots of stretching.

Tahoe rim trail from Brockway summit to near Tahoe city (18miles) and then we caught the fiberboard freeway back up to Mt watson and hooked up on FS06 towards truckee. Found a new trail called the Bob Watson Trail that took us to an equestrian center back to FS06 where we caught the Sawtooth trail which dumped us back on the end of FS06, ride through sierra meadows and back to my parents house in Truckee. estimating mileage, had a flat and a mechanical with small front ring.
