Weight Training 1:20:00 [4]

Weights and core....today is mostly cardio with core. We still lifted but focused on core. Body is sore. 10 minutes of stretching before and after the workout.

All core workout with JPC and Mac...hurt real good with yesterday's work out.

Played a game of hoops after blasting the abs...good times.

Estimating distance and climb, Iverson plus the preston loop. Rode with Robin, Eric, Karyn and JVG. We were poised to finish much faster but Eric adn Karen's lights went out on Northwest Timber and it was pitch black. We had to ride pretty slow to get them out with out lights, but we did it and they were pretty darn good without lights!

Tiger, Mixed it up today. Poo Poo, Iverson, Preston Climb and Railroad down, Took a right and climbed back to the main Tiger road (1400 ft) , that last climb was a doosey

Regular Preston loop with Father in Law...Showed him the loop and took some time to show him a thing or two...it was fun but very low intensity and I did a lot of out and backs to hang with him. Good to stay low intensity since I have a sinus infectin.
