trail running at cougar, with JVG. Her legs were tight so she turned around and went to the car while I got after it a bit. Lots of climbing for such a short run...at least it seemed like it, but not really

Tiger loop solo, while jen hiked with Jaden and then we swapped and she rode the loop and i hiked with Jaden...good training. Got a flat on the backside, still had a fairly good time with the flat...took me 5-6 minutes to pump it up to 30+psi with teh mini me crank brothers pump
