Still testing the body, aches are going away and the appetite is back, this is a good sign. Now just need to figure out how to move fast again...I think the starting gun will help me on Saturday.

First yoga class in a while, since doing bikram before PQ. I just took it easy and used it to stech and relax.

Wanted to test the body, starting to eat better (haven't been able to eat a lot since last friday when I got sick) and feeling better. The hill from beach drive back up to my house kicked my ass, the 97 degrees didn't help either.

Capital Forest, last second ride that totally kicked my ass. Wow, I was a bit sick on Friday and still not back to 100%, this helped I think.
