Lifted After hoops, Lifting included a full body workout, still taking weight off and increasing reps. Also including many ankle strengthening excercises (mostly jumping and balance w/disc).
Back to Galbraith since we were in Bellingham...not so lucky with the weather, got poured on and extra muddy. Good times! No distances on my Mt bike as my odometer battery is dead, must replace
Chuckanut inner 18 with a a small side trip down the wrong side of Lost Lake. Nothing like some bushwhacking to keep us on our toes. Awesome run and we lucked out with good weather.
