Not Parkrun. Effort abt 3.5. Noticeable southerly breeze. Splits 7:08, 7:04, 6:44, 6:57, 6:31, 0:06 (.02km). The bogey of the 4th km!!!

Getting ribbons in from B-Max, Course 3. Time includes untying with gloved hands, not easy:-)) Constant light drizzle which seeped thru crutch area of leggings by the end - upper body only took a little moisture thru the parka. Feet wet of course. I think rain got a bit heavier afterwards so just in time.
