Lower Hutt Parkrun. Slight southerly, used as excuse not to push hard? result not too bad considering. Splits 5:38, 5:29, 5:23, 5:25, 5:10. Funny that watch had me doing 27:28 and I didn't think I was that slow hitting the button at the finish.

AW Sprint Maidstone Park. Started slowly with the idea to tack on the short course but changed my mind. Knew the course backwards having coached the course planner thru the Condes process; and put out 6 controls. After getting into a chat I never did get round to doing the other course, but brought in 4 controls (at a walk).
