Lower Hutt Parkrun. Brisk (2 deg) sunny morning. Splits 5:19, 5:17, 5:11, 5:27, 5:07. Need to get that 4th km down!

Course setting Hutt riverbank.Ride north no interruptions; back installing ribbons. Was trying to rain but held off (quite heavy later on).

AW Rogaine Aro Valley, solo. Beautiful night. Didn't feel super-fast but thought I had a good chance of points off-track in Polhill Gully (discouraged by the planner). Time will tell. Walked the uphills, jogged down, effort poss 2.4. A bit stiff when I got home. Score turned out to be average - same as top walking team.
