Lower Hutt Parkrun. Sl northerly breeze, bit muddy on grass, temp 14deg. Splits 5:24, 5:22, 5:23, 5:32, 5:11.

Checking out course for Sunday's Mini AR. Rode from home then around the course. Stops for coffee and supermarket. Dark twds the end.

AW rogaine Belmont Regional Park. Wet but not specially cold. However Bill T needed some extra layers from me and Mike F. V slippery. Relieved that everyone else got back OK, wouldn't have liked to do a SAR. Was an excellent course and hope we'll go back there in better weather - extended to Boulder Hill and the bush next to Kelson.

CSW Sprint Relay at Vic Uni. Dist and time guessed. Only got a total time for Dene and me.
