Running race 28:26 [3] 5.0 km (5:41 / km)
shoes: Vasque Grand Traverse

Lower Hutt Parkrun. Tried lengthening stride* for a change but produced a fairly slow time. Or could have been the run last night. Splits 5:40, 5:40., 5:45, 5:52, 5:29. * Cadence 161-163 on way out (slight wind behind) and 171-173 for most of the return into the breeze. Av 168. Not that much below my better days (up twds 180) but of course other factors may come in.

Mapping 2:22:00 [1] 15.2 km (9:21 / km)
shoes: Specialised #2

Recce for Mini AR Hutt riverbank.

Running 34:20 [2] 4.0 km (8:35 / km) +140m 7:18 / km
shoes: Specialised #2

Home block. Prob 2.5 effort. Dark, quite cold and almost raining, but have my old favourite fibrepile top back - left behind at an event. Hat, gloves, parka, over-trou. 8:57, 7:19, 9:16, 8:24, 0:23 (.02km)

Orienteering race 50:38 [3] 4.4 km (11:30 / km)
shoes: Olway

Jafa Wkend Day 3. 1st after a waiting game - not fastest but rival mucked up on 2nd-last cntrl. (There together, he having started 2min behind, SIAC let me run thru without him aware that I had punched! He went off searching.) Feeling less tired today strangely.
