Lower Hutt Parkrun. Moderate northerly, v noticeable on way back. Splits 5:29, 5:21, 5:27, 5:46, 5.24.

shoes: Specialised #2

Practice on Bunkers. Incl 1.5X2 ride up and down Coach Rd to start. Dist fairly accurate but time and climb a bit of a guess as watch ran out of battery. Not bad ride, course had more climb than ideal and the wind was very strong, but promised showers were absent. Really nice riding off-track. Front tire not holding pressure.

NZ Champs Relay. A bit messy but still running OK on 4th successive day. Old fatigue probs seem to have gone away.

Orienteering race 33:00 [3] 2.5 km (13:12 / km)
shoes: Olway

NZ Champs Middle Woodhill Forest. Very technical (was Masters Quali #2) Fairly wobbly but better than all except Ross B. Feeling good. Tired later in the day, had a zz.
