Lower Hutt Parkrun. A fairly comfortable effort so pleasing time. There was a slight northerly. Grass still a bit muddy from winter rain. Splits 5.25, 5.21, 5.24, 5.29, 5.06

Easy home block. Felt stiff and pretty weary today after last night's 3hrs, even though I felt it was a sustainable pace. Anyway a limber up was called for.

Brooklyn and Newtown 3hr afterwork rogaine. Nice warm evg and followed plan nicely, being given as "on time". R knee occ makes itself felt but went OK.

Osgiliath club event. Beeline 5.3. Lots standing water and wading. 2X loss of contact X3min each. Both can be put down to sloppy compass. Running OK (the soft ground and amt of windfall discouraged hard running)
