Jog around Point Walter checking control locations for a social event D has organised with work mates.

Wasn't feeling like I had done much after my slow jog, so decided to also do a harder run. A test to see if I could still run 5 km under 20 minutes. The answer was yes, but it wasn't all that easy, even on a "downhill" course.
