Knee is stuffed. Its like walking on a crutch.

Knee OK walking, although definitely restricted in movement, R hammie a bit dodgy again.

At physio. Deep tissue work. Knee feels like it wants to bend, so tried a knee bend after - no good, patella tracked out with severe pain. Still only one dislocation today, some improvement.

Lots of VMOs. No dislocations so far today. Feel like I could try and voluntarily bend my leg further than 90 degrees, but not game to.
