Main issue was actually the R hamstring again. R knee felt a bit dodgy on the uphills but no dislocations.

Limited success test ride. Dislocations started at 7.5km and started to get worse, so unclipped right leg and rode back one-legged from 9km.

Tried another test ride but didn't get to the end of the street. Don't have enough flexibility to get around a pedal stroke. So, walk. Just one painful dislocation of R knee, climbing up a stile.

Slowly getting more movement in my right knee - can now bend to 90 degrees without it dislocating. Any more than that and it goes though - as the physio found out. But at least that was useful for him to see.
