Ngunnawal - Bonner - Amaroo while girls were Netball training. I'm going to pay for this - went too far out and had to crank it up on the way back. Aware of hamstring but no spasm or pain. No hip pain either. Worst was Left Knee, but that settled after 2km. Not exactly a fluent run, but a big improvement on last weekend.
Cath points out its been over six years (March 11) since I ran over 10km faster than this.
