Struggling. L knee twinging during warm up, but didn't notice it in race - concentrating on humidity and lack of fluidity instead.

Woolwich. Two fairly significant mistakes - ran past 4 (-20 secs) and got caught in lantana (-40 secs) on the way out of 12. Passed by Andy Hill to 5 and he got away up the hill to 6. Was hauling in Istvan but with the mistake at 13 didn't manage it before the finish.

Ermington. Inefficient route, scoring 5 points less per km than Cath. L knee taped and still niggling. Got quite sore at 5km, but freed up again. I'd like to do some actual running training in case we go to NZ, so going to continue to try and "run through" the niggles.
